About Seller: Anuva is a group of businesses operating under the "Design to Distribution" model, which was founded in 2008 with the establishment of Anuva Services in Morrisville, NC. Anuva Services, a certified minority business by the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, initially focused on delivering high-quality after-market and logistic services to customers. Despite launching during a challenging economic climate, Anuva experienced significant growth and expanded its facility threefold. Three years later, Anuva expanded further by acquiring a contract manufacturing operation with roots tracing back to the Dictaphone operation in Melbourne, FL. In 2011, Anuva Founder Vinu Patel established Anuva Manufacturing Services and relocated the headquarters to a new facility in Melbourne, which is AS 9100 certified. In 2012, Anuva launched a sister company, Anuva Resource Solutions, to assist customers in hiring talented individuals to support their businesses, especially startups and midsize companies. In 2013, Anuva expanded by acquiring TriE Medical Inc, rebranded as Anuva Innovations, an ISO 13485-certified division offering engineering design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing services.
