About Seller: Carver Machine Works is a manufacturer and re-manufacturer of equipment and components specializing in Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Stainless, Nickel, and various Nickel Alloys. Carver Machine Works holds "R" and "U" stamps issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), allowing the company to build and repair pressure-rated vessels. We are also a National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) Certified facility, currently holding NADCAP certification in Fusion welding for Titanium and high-nickel alloy materials. Founded in 1976, Carver Machine Works Inc. initially focused on industrial pump refurbishment for a local chemical plant and mining facility. Over the years, the company expanded its services to include equipment repair in various industries, with a strong presence in the Pulp & Paper industry. In 1996, the primary stockholders began transitioning ownership to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) trust, ensuring employee ownership and business continuity. By 1998, Carver Machine Works had obtained ASME certification, enabling the manufacturing and repair of pressure-rated vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping. In 2007, Carver Machine Works initiated a facility expansion project to increase manufacturing capabilities. This expansion included an additional 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space, enhancing size and weight capacities. The same year, the company achieved Nadcap certification in fusion welding through the NADCAP program. The expansion project was completed in early 2008, with the final equipment relocation finished by the end of the year. In 2008, Carver Machine Works secured a significant contract related to a US Military missile defense system, leading to manufacturing operations for large Equipment Manufacturers. Today, the company continues to serve its original customers from 1976, along with expanding into industries like Defense, Aerospace, Nuclear, and Power Generation. Sincerely, Lindsey A.
