About Seller: Dial-X Automated Equipment, Inc. was established in the state of Indiana on February 4th, 1972. Operating from a 25,000 square foot facility, Dial-X Automated Equipment serves as a comprehensive solution for machine design and control systems. Rooted in American values, our mission is to deliver high-quality automated equipment and components at competitive prices. Situated just 20 miles northwest of Fort Wayne, Indiana, our facilities are dedicated exclusively to the production of top-tier automation equipment. From design to final assembly, all engineering work - both mechanical and electrical - is conducted in-house. Our engineering team boasts a collective 125 years of experience in designing and constructing automation equipment. In-house machining is conducted for all parts, with exceptions for black oxiding and heat treating. We manufacture bases, heads, presses, feeder bowls, and index tables. All vibratory drive units for feeder bowls are produced in-house, and a wide range of feeder bowls are kept in stock to ensure single-source reliability and quality. Our automation equipment is assembled and tested in-house using premium components. Once an automated machine leaves our facility, our commitment does not end. Our services include setting up the machine at the customer's site, conducting a demonstration run under production conditions, and training personnel on operation and maintenance. Comprehensive production and inspection documentation is provided to serve as a customized reference guide and a valuable resource for future automated systems within a specific work environment. After the new automated equipment has been checked and approved for shipment, our customer service phase becomes critical. Before final approval, our team attends to the new automated system on-site to ensure proper setup and provide detailed training for equipment operators. Dial-X has designed tables, stainless steel feeder bowls and tracks, automatic stud and screw drivers, and custom machines for numerous large corporations.
