Our extensive range of depaneling equipment includes cost-effective benchtop tools like the N100 PCB Nibbler for singulating tab routed panels, as well as high-volume production systems such as the K6000 In-line Multiple Circular Blade Depanelizer for singulating pre-scored boards. While our standard equipment can handle most depaneling tasks, there are instances where unique board geometries and specific designs may require non-standard applications or additional tooling for effective board handling during the singulation process. Our in-house production department is capable of constructing and assembling both prototype tooling and tooling for enhancing the depaneling process. All standard products are readily available and can be shipped upon ordering. Spare parts and replacement blades are stocked to ensure your production process runs smoothly.
