About Seller: Glyne Manufacturing has been providing services to original equipment manufacturers and small machine shops since 1966. Under the leadership of Bruce McGalliard, the company has entered its second generation of management and has experienced ongoing evolution and growth. In 1992, Glyne Manufacturing expanded its manufacturing space to 12,000 square feet. Additionally, Protube, a separate facility spanning 10,000 square feet and specializing in tube butting, was established by Bruce McGalliard and Tom Frei. The tubes produced at Protube are primarily utilized in the fabrication of lightweight bicycle frames.
