The factory, where IGF molded grating and flanges are produced, was the first in China to receive ISO 9002 accreditation. Factories seeking ISO 9000 certification must adhere to a modern system of quality control and documentation. IGF provides Coast Guard Approved I6015 Phenolic Pultruded Grating featuring 1.5” deep I-Bar on 1.5” centers, cross rod bracing on 6” centers, and 60% open area. Our Isophthalic Polyester grating is crafted with Ashland Aropol™ 7334 resin, while our Vinyl Ester grating is made with Ashland Hetron® 922 resin. Additionally, IGF offers a high-quality selection of general-purpose resin molded grating available in grit and meniscus surfaces. Our flange dimensions meet or exceed ASME Sec. X, RTP-1, ASTM D 3299, PS 15-69 standards, and our Manways with covers meet or exceed ASTM-D3299, ASTM-D4097, ASTM-RTP-1 standards. Standard resin used is Ashland Hetron® 922 resin. All IGF flanges and manways are of the integral type, hand lay-up, monolithic construction. Custom fabrication services are also offered at our Harrison, Arkansas facility, producing top-of-the-line FRP ladders, platforms, and handrails that meet OSHA standards.
