About Seller: Northlake Steel Corporation was established in 1977 with a 10,000 square foot facility in Mentor, Ohio, initially focusing on producing turned, ground, and polished steel shafting. Two years later, the company relocated to a 45,000 square foot facility in Valley View, Ohio, where additional centerless turning and induction hardening capabilities were introduced. The company moved to its current Valley City facility in 1995, where a cold drawing line was installed to produce cold drawn bars up to 6” round. In 2013, the Valley City facility was expanded to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and accommodate new equipment, resulting in a total of over 150,000 square feet of production and inventory space.
