Our in-house production capabilities include turned edge binders, boxes, and custom thermoformed packaging. Turned edge, also known as case made, is a process in which durable chipboard is wrapped with a desired material or print to create a high-quality finish similar to that of a hardcover textbook. This method allows for complete customization of the packaging solution. Additionally, we have in-house tooling capabilities for custom thermoforming, enabling us to create CNC drawings and molds for inline thermoforming of various products such as clamshells, blister packs, and plastic trays. We stock a range of thin gauge plastics to meet different packaging standards and requests.
