About Seller: TransTech of SC is excited to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Engineered Conductor Systems, Transit Overhead, and molded insulators from Delta Star, Inc. based in Lynchburg, Virginia. These product lines will now be manufactured and distributed by TransTech from our facilities in Greenville, South Carolina. We are confident that these newly acquired products will complement our existing offerings and contribute to mutual benefits for both TransTech and the acquired business. This acquisition will also expand our reach in North American markets and support the growth of our sister companies Brecknell-Willis in the UK, Stemmann-Technik in Germany, and Akapp in the Netherlands.
