If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, without incurring restocking fees or shipping charges for the replacement item. There are three simple rules to follow: items must be in new condition, returned with all original packaging and accessories, and you must notify us of your intent to return within 90 days of your purchase. Replacement items will be shipped the same day if available in stock. If payment was made by credit card, the replacement order will be charged to your card, with a credit issued shortly after the return item is received at our facility. Return shipping costs are covered by us, and you will receive a pre-paid UPS or USPS label for domestic returns. Please note that non-stock or custom orders may be subject to additional conditions.
