Walton tap extractors enable users to remove broken taps without the need for drilling, lasers, damaged threads, scrapped parts, or repair inserts. We offer a range of extractors for machine screw and hand taps, pipe taps, and STI taps. These extractors feature hardened steel fingers that fit securely in the flutes of a broken tap for simple and safe removal. Available in various sizes, both inch and metric, our tap extractors are compatible with NC and NF taps. Customers can choose from individual pieces or standard/custom sets of 6-15 tools, each packaged in a durable molded plastic case. Our tap extensions are designed for both machine and hand tapping, extending the reach of standard taps to facilitate tapping in deep holes and challenging locations. They eliminate the need for costly special-length taps and can be reused as they do not wear out, become dull, or break. Walton tap extensions come in two styles: Style A for hand tapping and Style B for both machine and hand tapping. The latter features 8" extensions suitable for standard taps and pipe taps in a range of sizes. Additionally, our REPS pipe, stud, and screw extractors are engineered for strength, durability, and ease of use, with a four-point grip ensuring a secure hold. Available individually or as a complete set, REPS extractors cover a wide range of pipe, stud, and screw sizes. To enhance worker comfort during production filing, we offer the Walton ergonomic file handle with a design that reduces muscle fatigue by aligning the wrist angle and forearm axis. This allows operators to adjust the file angle while maintaining necessary pressure on the workpiece. Various models are available to fit different file sizes.
