The JLC also includes a 5-pocket load sheave, providing smoother lifting operations and reduced chain wear. Additionally, adjustable limit switches allow for precise regulation of upper and lower load travel.
For added protection, the hoist is equipped with a mechanical overload protection device safeguarding both the hoist, operator, and supporting structures. Optional two-speed models are available with a 3:1 speed ratio, but these are limited to single-phase voltage.
It boasts an oil bath transmission coupled with precision machined alloy steel gears, promoting longer and quieter operations. The hoist's compact aluminum housing facilitates portability and straightforward installation.
An optional VFD is also available for further customization. For additional capacities and lifts, customers are invited to inquire. The Coffing JLC is also offered in lug mount configurations with various trolley types including plain, geared, or motorized options.
Hoists on 2-ton capacity hoists are double reeved.
