Voltages available range from 115/230 for single-phase applications, as well as various three-phase configurations including 230/460, 208, 380, 415, 575 at 60 hertz standard, with the option to accommodate 50 hertz frequencies. Easy access is provided to controls and motor leads for effortless voltage changes or maintenance of the hoist. A heavy-duty multiple disc motor brake features a direct acting design to ensure secure load spotting and retention. A 5-pocket load sheave contributes to smoother lifting operations while minimizing chain wear. Adjustable limit switches enable precise control over upper and lower load travel limits. Additionally, a mechanical overload protection device safeguards against potential damage to the hoist, operator, or supporting structures. Optional two-speed models with a 3:1 speed ratio are available for three-phase applications at single voltage configurations. The transmission is equipped with an oil bath, while precision machined alloy steel gears facilitate extended and quieter operation. A compact aluminum housing is designed for portability and ease of installation. Optional VFDs are also available.
