Equipped with "The Guardian" Smart Break Technology, a DC current-driven electromagnetic brake only releases when the motor is energized. Additionally, an independent mechanical load brake provides extra operating flexibility. Certified to UL 1340 "Standard for Hoists," these motors feature standard electronic "count hour" meters that track motor starts and running time, facilitating preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. The nickel-plated load chain ensures durability and resistance to corrosive substances. Trolley speeds are available at 40 or 80 FPM (specify), along with electric trolley brakes and a 30' power cord. Options include variable frequency drive models for longer lifts and two-speed functionality, as well as hook mount units, push/pull units, and geared trollies.
