60-minute rated motors are fan-cooled and completely sealed to optimize performance and longevity. These motors incorporate "The Guardian" Smart Break Technology, featuring a DC current-driven electromagnetic brake that only releases when the motor is energized. Additionally, an independent operating mechanical load brake is included. The units comply with UL 1340 standards for hoists. A built-in electronic "count hour" meter tracks motor starts and running time, facilitating preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Nickel-plated load chains provide durability and resistance to corrosion. Trolley speeds of 40 or 80 FPM can be specified. The motors come equipped with electric trolley brakes and a 30-foot power cord. They operate at 208-230/460/3/60 frequencies. Custom models, including longer lifts and two-speed units via under-the-cover Variable Frequency Drives, are available upon request.
