The workbench top is constructed from 12 gauge thick reinforced steel, providing exceptional durability. Additionally, each unit features an angle iron stiffener beneath the work surface and sturdy 2" x 2" x 1/4" angle iron legs for enhanced stability. Mobile units (DWBM) are equipped with four 3" phenolic, locking swivel casters, ensuring effortless movement. Back and end stops are also included to maintain unit integrity. Furthermore, all models provide provisions for the optional addition of a drawer. The work surface is positioned 34 inches above the floor, offering ample clearance. A 12 gauge steel lower shelf with a capacity of 500 pounds is standard on all units, while foot pads with predrilled holes enable secure lagging to the floor. FOB shipping point applies. Steel surcharges may be applicable.
Units featuring a Louvered Panel (LP) accommodate Hook-On-Bins in various sizes.
Units equipped with Pegboard Panel (PB) have pegboard holes, each measuring 1/4 inch in diameter and punched on one-inch centers, allowing for standard peg hooks to be securely attached. Note that peg hooks are not included.
Units with a Riser, Hook-On-Bins, and Electric Strip (RSR) come with a riser that includes ten yellow Hook-On-Bins HPB30230-21 (6 x 11 x 5 inches). The electrical strip contains five outlets. A Louvered panel is also included, accommodating all sizes of Hook-On-Bins.
