As we enter our second decade of operation, our offerings can be categorized into the following main areas: Overhead Conveyor Components and Systems: 1stSource provides high-quality components for various types of Overhead Conveyor (OHC) systems, with expertise in design, construction, and integration for both existing and new systems. The first type of OHC we offer is Enclosed Track Conveyor (ETC), including Round Tube and Square Track variations. For X Type drop forged OHC Chain and components, we offer competitive pricing on X348, X458, and X678 types. Bearings and Ball Transfers: With an extensive inventory of over 150 SKUs of commonly used bearings and ball transfers, we are able to provide same or next day shipping to our customers in the conveyor industry. OEM customers can benefit from volume pricing through annual blanket order agreements. We also have the capability to design and produce custom bearings and ball transfers based on customer requirements and usage volumes. Fence & Gate Hardware: Our entry into the Fence Industry was driven by a request to develop Cantilever Gate rollers for a national Fence Hardware Distribution Customer. This led to the marketing and supply of various gate components, steel hinges, and attachments for wood and vinyl fencing, as well as glass-fiber reinforced hinges and latches. Hinges and Industrial Hardware components: We maintain a consistent inventory of steel butt hinges for OEM customers, providing annual blanket order supply agreements. OEM Component development and long term supply: Our expertise lies in developing proprietary components and assemblies for customers, with a structured process for design, tooling, prototyping, testing, and approval. We offer annual blanket order agreements with just-in-time supply from our US warehouse or direct volume shipments to customer facilities.
