As we enter our second decade of operation, our offerings can be categorized into the following areas: Overhead Conveyor Components and Systems: 1stSource provides high-quality components for various types of Overhead Conveyor Systems, including Enclosed Track Conveyors (ETC) such as Round Tube and Square Track options, as well as X Type drop forged OHC Chain and components. We also offer design/build and systems integration services for both existing and new conveyor systems. Bearings and Ball Transfers: 1stSource maintains an inventory of over 150 SKUs of commonly used bearings and ball transfers in the conveyor industry, available for same or next day shipment. We offer volume pricing to OEM customers through annual blanket order agreements, and have the capability to design and develop custom bearings and ball transfers as needed. Fence & Gate Hardware: Our company expanded into the Fence Industry in response to a request from a national Fence Hardware Distribution Customer to develop Cantilever Gate rollers. We now offer a variety of fence and gate hardware components, including steel hinges, attachments for wood and vinyl fencing, glass-fiber reinforced hinges, and glass-filled reinforced hinges. Hinges and Industrial Hardware Components: 1stSource maintains a continuous inventory of steel butt hinges for annual blanket order supply to OEM customers. We also specialize in OEM component development and long-term supply, working closely with customers to propose, design, and produce custom components and assemblies. Our expertise includes bearing-related products, stamped steel assemblies, castings, and forgings, among others.
