About Seller: In 1996, our team commenced the fabrication of piping systems, which soon evolved into a passion and integral aspect of our projects. Over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to expanding our fabrication shop, expanding our floor space to 220,000 sq-ft, and acquiring state-of-the-art equipment. Recognizing the advantages of design-build services for both our fabrication shop and our clients in terms of cost savings, we established a comprehensive, in-house Building Information Modeling (BIM) team specializing in design-build elements of projects.
