About Seller: A-1 Accutech offers Vianni heated black glass shelves designed to safely hold and display food at the optimal serving temperatures while preserving quality and taste. The sleek and durable Vianni heated shelf food warmers are versatile for both front-of-house food warming and display needs, as well as back-of-house warming and holding requirements. A-1 AccuTech has been providing top-notch products to loyal customers across Europe, North America, and Asia since 2000. In 2012, we established a US sales and marketing operation based in Naperville, IL, to expand our business and better serve customers in North America with a local point of contact. Our US business operations involve sales and marketing, providing customer support with quotes and services, managing logistics and order processing, and offering aftermarket and value-added services.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Our manufacturing facility is situated in Ningbo, China, approximately 125 miles (200 km) southwest of Shanghai in the Zhejiang province. The facility boasts over 70 highly skilled engineers, operating technicians, quality assurance and design teams. With hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 10 to 800 tons, we have the capability to manufacture parts with a thickness of up to .234� (6 mm), length up to 59 1/16� (1500 mm), width up to 42 �� (1200 mm), and depth up to 19� (500 mm). The production, warehouse, and office space spans 130,000 square feet and is located in an industrial park recognized as �Global 500 in Ecology� by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Our facility is ISO 9001:2008-certified for quality management and includes a Quality Control Lab.
DIVERSIFICATION
With our diverse range of capabilities and services, we are equipped to deliver high-quality products from prototypes to high-volume production in various shapes and dimensional requirements to meet the unique needs of each customer. We welcome OEM and ODM designs and serve markets such as automotive, chemical, commercial, food service equipment, industrial, marine, and medical, among others.
