The Vianni heated shelf food warmers are sleek and durable, suitable for front-of-house food warming and display needs as well as back-of-house warming and holding requirements. A-1 AccuTech, established in 2000, has been providing top-tier products to loyal customers across Europe, North America, and Asia. In 2012, we launched a US sales and marketing operation based in Naperville, IL, to expand our business and better serve customers in North America with local support. Our US operations encompass sales and marketing, customer support for quotes and services, logistics management, order processing, and follow-up services.
Our manufacturing facility is situated in Ningbo, China, approximately 125 miles (200 km) southwest of Shanghai in the Zhejiang province. Our operation includes over 70 highly skilled engineers, technicians, quality assurance specialists, and design teams. We utilize hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 10 to 800 tons, with the capacity to manufacture parts up to .234� (6 mm) thick, 59 1/16� (1500 mm) long, 42 �� (1200 mm) wide, and 19� (500 mm) deep. The production, warehouse, and office space spans 130,000 square feet within an industrial park recognized as �Global 500 in Ecology� by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Additionally, we adhere to an ISO 9001:2008-certified quality management system and maintain a Quality Control Lab.
With our diverse capabilities and services, we can deliver high-quality products from prototypes to high-volume production, catering to a variety of shapes and dimensional requirements to meet each customer's distinct needs.
