A-1 Portable Buildings, Inc.

Lexington Kentucky US 40510
About Seller: A1 Portable has its origins in a small waste management company founded by R.B. Carroll in 1935 in Lexington. In 1953, O.T. Reynolds, a Navy veteran of World War II and the son-in-law of R.B. Carroll, purchased a portion of the business and established his own waste management company under the name A-1 Sanitation Service. Over the years, the company expanded its services to include septic waste removal and portable toilets. Eric Reynolds, the son of O.T. Reynolds and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in 1971, officially joined the business on a full-time basis. After years of dedication and hard work, I, as the current manager of operations and part owner, have continued the legacy of our family business. With over 80 years of operation under various names but with consistent family ownership, A1 Portable now focuses on providing services such as Portable Restrooms, Portable Storage Containers, and Mobile Offices in Lexington, Louisville, and surrounding counties, including eastern Kentucky. We are grateful for the support of our loyal customers and welcome the opportunity to serve new clients. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email, and we look forward to the chance to work with you and your company in the future.
