Leveraging our expertise in micro-mold technology, we are able to efficiently design, build, and manufacture molds and parts for various industries such as microelectronics, micro optics, and medical applications.
Our core products and services include:
- Micro-Mold: Our micro-molding machines are capable of producing micro-sized parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances, ranging from half an inch to microns in size. We have developed specialized molding machines to handle volumes ranging from prototypes to over 5,000,000 parts per year while ensuring consistent and precise tolerances.
- Small Parts: Our small or miniature parts maintain the same level of precision and quality as our micro-molded parts, ranging in size from half an inch to 3.5 inches in diameter. These parts can feature micro-sized details measured in microns, and are produced with minimal waste and fast cycle times.
- Lead Frame/Insert Molding: Our advanced tooling and automation systems for lead frame molded parts and insert applications are unmatched in the industry. We can mold plastic on and around various materials, producing completed parts or components ready for further processing.
Our operations are conducted in our 135,000 square foot facility near Des Moines, IA, with plans to expand to 200,000 square feet on 15 acres of property. We are proud to be ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified, and our plant features climate-controlled environments with seven 100K clean rooms and two 10K clean rooms.
