About Seller: Frequently, we are tasked with the process of reverse engineering elastomeric products or devices, ranging from balls to wave guide connectors. With an on-site machine shop for creating molds and a CAD/CAM system for design purposes, we are able to propose, review, prototype, evaluate, and manufacture items up to 40 inches in diameter. Additionally, we are involved in the production of original equipment parts based on customer drawings and specifications. Our typical process includes consultation with our O.E.M. customers to assess the suitability of elastomers, mold feasibility for a specific geometry, adhesion to metal (if required), and anticipated performance prior to moving forward with pre-production or prototyping.
