About Seller: Our company offers comprehensive machining capabilities to provide you with the necessary size and shape of anodes, bushings, seals, contacts, brush holders, and carbon brushes. Carbon brushes can be manufactured in quantities ranging from one to 100,000 per order, based on custom requirements. We maintain a stock of over 50,000 brushes for popular U.S. and select foreign equipment brands, with the ability to ship in-stock items the same day as the order placement. Our in-house machining capabilities include the production of graphite heaters, anodes, boats, molds, and crucibles, utilizing computer programs. Items with simpler designs are typically machined using traditional equipment. Established in 1956 as Advance Carbon & Electric Mfg. (ACEM), our company has evolved into Advance Carbon Products, Inc. (ACP) in 1962. ACP was later acquired by the management team, including original founder William J. Crader, Jr., in 1966. ACP is recognized for offering a comprehensive range of carbon products, with our machine shop capable of manufacturing carbon brushes as small as .060" square and segmented seal rings up to 12 ft in diameter. Our shop equipment includes conventional and CNC lathes and mills, grinders, lappers, and diamond saws, among others.
