About Seller: Established in 2011, Advanced Metal Mfg. Inc. operates on a 2-acre campus with 2 buildings totaling 41,500 sq ft and a secure yard. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016. We boast a fully automated Fiber laser cutting system and a new punch Laser combination machine with Extrude and tapping capability. Both machines feature 6 shelf tower load/unload capabilities. Our team is equipped to handle all of your manufacturing needs.
As of Q4 2019, our metal cutting capacity allows us to cut over 500,000 lbs of steel per month, providing clean cuts on up to 3/8" steel, 1/4" stainless, and 1/4" aluminum. Our laser cutting systems are 2KW Fiber lasers with 6 shelf auto loading and unloading towers, enabling us to run multiple jobs unmanned. Our punching capabilities include an Amada Punch with Fiber laser Cell for punching up to 1/4" aluminum and 10 Ga steel. We also offer bending services with various press brakes and automated panel bending machines.
In terms of hardware insertion, we have multiple machines for pem nuts, studs, and other assembly needs. Our welding department features Mig, Tig, and robotic welding of steel, stainless, and aluminum. Additional services include spot welding, grinding, and finishing. Our machining capabilities include a Haas VF4 SS vertical machining center with a complete ERP system for tracking parts and planning resources.
