In partnership with Visteon for Ford, AFS developed the forging knuckle for the F 150 truck. Additionally, AFS played a key role in assisting GM in establishing their first forging wheel supplier in Asia in 2000. Since 2007, AFS has been the supplier for the door hinge for the Jeep Wrangler. AFS has also been a trusted vendor for Tremec for over 20 transmission parts and a Tier one supplier to Navistar for 14 casting parts.
Our goal at AFS is to become a world-class supplier of forgings, castings, and finished products for OEM and tier customers. We achieve this by developing a network of qualified manufacturing subcontracted sources, providing design and engineering support, on-site program management, quality assurance, and taking responsibility for various aspects of the supply chain including raw material procurement, supplier financing, PPAP, shipping, certification, inventory management, and JIT delivery.
