Weekly heating follow-up meetings are held with field service, engineering, sales, and management to address customer issues, plan action, and schedule solutions, with reports provided to our president. Our commitment to customer support is evident in our 24-hour technical assistance hotline and strategically located experienced service team for quick responses to customer needs. We maintain an extensive computerized inventory of factory-certified replacement parts for our induction heating and melting equipment, as well as for other manufacturers' equipment. In case of emergencies, Ajax TOCCO is available for assistance at any time, any day. With our engineering staff, sourcing capabilities, manufacturing capacity, testing facilities, floor space, startup services, and technical support, we ensure timely delivery of our products. Our facilities in Boaz, Alabama and Warren, Ohio are equipped with full system testing and metallurgical labs. Since the early 1970s, Ajax TOCCO has offered a variety of schools for customers, including formal training at our plants in Warren, Ohio or Boaz, Alabama, or customized instruction at customer facilities.
