About Seller: Louis Leibert established a carbide precision grinding company called Kiski Tool and Die in 1974. The company quickly outgrew its original location along route 356, leading to the construction of a new two-story building adjacent to the plant. Services were expanded to include precision machining, conventional EDM, and wire EDM, prompting a name change to Alpha Carb Enterprises. An engineering team was added to the staff, focusing on the design and testing of progressive dies. In the 1990s, further expansion took place with the addition of more stamping presses to accommodate larger dies and pre-production stampings. The first building was constructed in the new Westmoreland Industrial Park, with two subsequent additions made within the following five years. A second building was later erected, providing over 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
