We can produce custom pipe or tube plastic extrusions ranging from .020" OD to 10" OD utilizing single screw and twin screw extruders. Our expertise allows us to extrude plastic parts with wall thickness ranging from paper thin to very heavy. We pride ourselves on our unmatched ability to extrude and maintain tolerance for our plastic extrusion customers. Our team of highly experienced professionals ensures that quality is maintained at the extruder. In addition to extrusions, American Extruded Plastics offers full CNC plastic fabrication services for both extruded and injection molded plastic parts. We utilize state-of-the-art multi-tool change machining centers to deliver the highest quality finished plastic fabricated parts. With years of experience, we have established ourselves as a leader in custom plastic extrusion of tube, pipe, and profile shapes. Our equipment includes a range of extruders, from small 1" - 24:1 single screw extruders to 500 pound per hour twin screw extruders. We are capable of extruding single plastic materials as well as co-extrusion or tri-extrusion of tubing or profile shaped plastic parts. Our in-house engineers are available to assist with design challenges using both 2D and 3D CAD systems. All extrusion tooling is developed to our specifications within our company, with the goal of lasting for many years to produce perfect plastic parts.
