Anderson Tube maintains a large inventory of carbon steel pressure tubing manufactured in compliance with ASME SA-178 A and ASME SA-214, available in diameters ranging from 3/4 inch to 4 inches. Our 20,000-square-foot warehouse and efficient computerized systems are designed to process orders quickly and accurately, including precision cutting when necessary. Typically, inventory orders are ready for shipment the day after they are placed. Additionally, we offer a range of tubular products that may not be part of our inventory through direct shipment. We can also provide SA-178A and SA-214 in alternative diameters and wall thicknesses, as well as ERW Air Heater Tube in carbon steel and Corten. Seamless boiler tubes in various carbon and alloy specifications, such as SA-192, SA-209, SA-210, and SA-213, are available.
For the convenience of our boiler tubing customers, we keep a stock of ferrules, which are copper or steel inserts designed to fit between the Boiler Tube and the boiler tube sheet. We offer both copper and steel ferrules in various sizes to suit different applications. Our inventory also includes steel tube plugs, available in two styles. We exclusively stock American-made pressure tubing and all our products are certified to A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements. Certifications (MTRs) can be provided upon request.
