In 2011, Anuva Founder Vinu Patel introduced Anuva Manufacturing Services and relocated the company headquarters to a new facility in Melbourne, which is AS 9100 certified. The following year, Anuva launched a sister company, Anuva Resource Solutions, dedicated to assisting customers in recruiting skilled individuals to support business growth. Specializing in startups and medium-sized enterprises, Anuva Resource Solutions handles each HR and financial outsourcing project with the utmost integrity and personalized attention. In 2013, Anuva's expansion continued with the acquisition of TriE Medical Inc., rebranded as Anuva Innovations. This ISO 13485-certified engineering design and development division offers services in design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing. Early in 2014, the acquisition of the manufacturing facilities of Innovative Electronic Solutions Lighting in Morrisville further broadened Anuva's portfolio and electronics manufacturing capabilities.
