About Seller: The origins of our company can be traced back to a conversation between a Postal Clerk in Chicago, IL and Romanzo N. Bunn in 1906, discussing the idea of creating a mechanical tying machine. Romanzo's son, Benjamin H. Bunn, who was attending Crain Engineering High School at the time, took on the challenge and at the age of 19, invented the Automatic Package Tying Machine for bundling mail. By the 1930s, Benjamin's invention had expanded to tying newspapers, laundry, bakery boxes, and printed materials. Many of our customers have been using the same machine for over 75 years in their daily production.
