About Seller: Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. is a company that specializes in the design and construction of molds for plastic materials. With a team of 30 employees, our manufacturing facility spans 12,000 square feet. Our expertise lies in creating molds for various processes such as vacuum forming, thermoforming, blow molding, twin sheet forming, and rotational molding. In addition, we offer services for checking fixtures, steel rule dies, gundrill water plates, sandblasting, welding, vacuum forming sample parts, and pattern making. Our operations include CNC, pattern, and metal finishing departments, with the CNC department equipped with eight 3-axis machines and one 5-axis machine. We utilize MasterCam software for tool design and programming tool paths, and are able to work with a variety of electronic file formats including igs, dwg, dxf, cdl, and parasolids.
