Our facility was founded by two dedicated General Managers with a vision to integrate operations from two locations in order to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Kristen Erwin oversees the Koch Division in Rochester, NY, while Jason Crouch leads the Empire Division in Syracuse, NY. BCI New York specializes in manufacturing a variety of corrugated packaging solutions, from retail-ready designs to shipping cartons. Our approach involves collaborating with customers to identify challenges and provide tailored solutions aimed at reducing costs and enhancing overall performance. We offer a range of services to support continuous improvement, including performance-based specifications, labor-saving designs, and streamlined storage options. Additionally, our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our recycling efforts, with both divisions recycling a total of 3,857 Tons of paper waste this year alone. The Empire Division is currently undergoing an expansion to a larger facility and acquiring new equipment to better serve our customers.
