Shipments are made via Clingan's own trucks or common carriers, based on what best meets the customer's needs. Our team of employees and suppliers is dedicated to upholding strong quality assurance standards, ensuring strict adherence to customer specifications and thorough documentation. Daily calibration of instruments and meticulous quality management practices are standard procedures. We also offer on-site chemical analysis using a certified spectrometer with a full range. Over the past decade, our operations have expanded from one slitter and one edging line to four slitters with seven heads and ten edging lines. We have four reduction mills for achieving close tolerances. Our capabilities include traverse winding slit materials and slit and edged metals ranging from .010 to .200 gauges, with coil sizes from 500 lb. to 3,500 lb. Small orders are a significant part of our business, with over half of our 600 monthly orders being less than 1,000 lb. and 20% for 300 lb. or less.
