We offer cost-effective solutions to meet our customers' production needs, with a focus on part design assistance, quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. Our process allows for "net shape" configurations with multi-level pressing capabilities, resulting in components with uniform density and reducing the need for post-manufacturing machining. Established in 1987 and located in Saint Marys, PA, we operate from a 44,100 square foot facility on 18 acres. Our strategic location is supported by a strong industry base that complements our activities in powdered metal part processing. Our product range includes a variety of components such as gears, sprockets, magnetic response parts, collars, wire guides, and more. We work with a range of raw materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, and have the capability to sinter stainless steel up to 2350 degrees F and all ferrous based materials up to 2400 degrees F.
