Originally established in central Texas near Rockdale as Central Texas Gasket, the company relocated to Houston in 1985 and rebranded as CT Gasket & Polymer. Over the years, CTG has expanded from a 10,000-square-foot facility to a fully climate-controlled 20,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in the heart of Houston's industrial sector. In February 2004, CTG celebrated its 20-year anniversary and officially changed its name to CTG to better represent its diverse product offerings beyond gaskets.
