CFS offers various methods for producing custom die cuts based on volume and lead time requirements, including rotary die cutting, steel rule, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting. With our Delta high-speed rotary machine, we can handle intricate, tight-tolerance projects with ease. Our expertise extends to manufacturing custom gaskets from materials like silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011, and Viton®. We can procure the gasket material or utilize customer-supplied materials, with our in-house engineering team ensuring a perfect fit for each custom gasket. Additionally, we provide large format cutting and adhesive laminating services, offering kiss-cutting and split liners for gaskets requiring adhesive backing.
