We have enhanced our capabilities by adding printing to our advanced Delta ModTech die cutting machine situated in our ISO Class 7 Clean Room. We are proficient in designing silicone, EPDM, and vinyl caps and plugs for masking threads, pems, voids, and holes, ensuring efficient and clean finishes post powder coating, E-coating, anodizing, and plating. The use of pressure sensitive adhesives can lead to cost savings, improved production efficiencies, and streamlined assembly processes. We work closely with clients to determine the most suitable adhesive, carrier, and liner for their specific needs, balancing cost and performance effectively. As one of 3M's Preferred Converters, we have access to their entire range of industrial and medical tape products, providing quick availability of in-stock items or sourcing specific tapes as required. CFS offers various methods for producing custom die cuts, including rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting, with low-cost tooling and the ability to handle orders of any size. With the addition of a Delta high-speed rotary machine, CFS is equipped to manage complex, tight-tolerance projects efficiently. We also specialize in manufacturing custom gaskets from materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011, and Viton®, either sourcing the material or using customer-supplied materials. Our in-house engineering team collaborates with clients to ensure precise fit and functionality for custom gasket requirements. Additionally, CFS offers large format cutting and adhesive laminating services, including kiss-cutting or split liners for gaskets with adhesive backing.
