About Seller: For many years, Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) has been recognized as a leading provider of masking tapes, caps, and plugs. We regularly collaborate with custom powder and e-coaters, OEMs, and suppliers to address their most challenging masking needs. Our extensive range of services includes custom die cuts, kitting, sheeting, perforating, multi-layer laminations, zone adhesive, island placement, and kiss cutting on a wide variety of materials from our library. We have recently enhanced our capabilities by adding printing features to our advanced Delta ModTech die cutting machine, situated in our ISO Class 7 Clean Room. At CFS, we specialize in designing silicone, EPDM, and vinyl caps and plugs to effectively mask threads, pems, voids, and holes, ensuring a smooth and efficient finish after processes such as powder coating, E-coating, anodizing, and plating. The use of pressure-sensitive adhesives can help reduce costs, enhance production efficiencies, and simplify assembly processes. We work closely with our clients to determine the most suitable adhesive, carrier, and liner to meet their specific requirements while balancing cost and performance. As a Preferred Converter for 3M, CFS has access to their complete range of industrial and medical tape products. We maintain an inventory of 3M products for immediate delivery and can also procure specific tapes as needed. CFS offers multiple methods for producing custom die cuts, tailored to the volume and lead time requirements of each project. Our capabilities include rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting, with low-cost tooling and the ability to handle orders of any size. With the addition of a Delta high-speed rotary machine, we can efficiently manage complex, tight-tolerance jobs. In addition to custom gaskets made from materials like silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011, and Viton®, CFS provides large format cutting and adhesive laminating services. We can accommodate kiss-cutting or split liners for gaskets requiring an adhesive backing.
