About Seller: In 1960, a group of six families identified the growing demand for high-quality electronic components in the rapidly expanding high-tech industries. Recognizing the need for suppliers who could understand their requirements and provide specialized services, they established Electronic Fasteners Inc. (EFI) in a small office in South Boston that same year. Specializing in military-grade fasteners for the electronics, aerospace, and defense sectors, EFI quickly gained traction and achieved profitability within its first year. Over the years, EFI underwent significant expansion, moving from a 3,500 square foot basement to a 20,000 square foot warehouse in 1965, and further expanding to a 30,000 square foot facility in 1972.
