Established in 1977 and officially incorporated in 1979, we have proudly served as a trusted provider of assembly, packaging, and manufacturing solutions for over 25 years. Conveniently located approximately 40 miles northwest of Chicago, our facilities encompass 30,000 square feet within a 72,000 square foot building. Our manufacturing capabilities include eyeleting, orbital and press riveting, hand soldering, resistance welding, and ultrasonic welding, among others. Additionally, we offer a diverse range of bench assembly services such as gluing, staking, and forming, as well as marking and decorating options like hot stamping and roll transfer printing. We also conduct secondary machining operations on both metals and plastics. With packaging resources that include blister packaging, shrink wrapping, poly bagging, and simple product packaging, we ensure high-quality control systems that complement our manufacturing operations. Our inventory and processes are meticulously monitored by order and by customer, with work in progress, incoming materials, and outgoing products subjected to rigorous quality assurance procedures to guarantee that the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Our expertise spans a wide range of products, from simple two-piece snap-together toys to complex precision tools with dozens of components. We have experience fabricating and testing critical items such as gas mask drink tube assemblies and respirator breathing circuits, as well as assembling products with components smaller than a grain of rice or as large as an office file cabinet. Whether handling hand assembly of hundreds of pieces per year or fully automated assembly of several million pieces annually, we are equipped to process orders of almost any volume.
