About Seller: Bob Ginn established Ginn Manufacturing in 1979 in a small garage in rural Sumner County, initially focusing on constructing tool and utility boxes. Despite limited equipment, much of which was homemade, the company successfully produced D.O.T required toolboxes for the city of Wichita, KS and the Kansas Department of Transportation. In 1984, the business was relocated 8 miles north of Caldwell, KS on Highway 49. Following the move, Bob constructed a 2700 sq ft shop that was later expanded to approximately 5000 sq ft. With the additional space and newer fabrication equipment, Ginn Manufacturing diversified its services to include custom sheet metal silhouette and sign design tailored to each customer's specifications. The company has extensive experience in full-time truck frame and chassis repair since 1973, serving a wide area encompassing Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Missouri.
