About Seller: H-O-H Chemicals, Inc. was established in 1968 as an independent franchise of Dearborn Chemical Company, and has since become a leading water treatment company in the Midwest. Our headquarters are based in Palatine, IL, where we house Water Chemistry Laboratories, Product manufacturing and Distribution facilities. H-O-H also has branch offices with warehousing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Walled Lake, Michigan, as well as locations in Bloomington, IL and Tennessee. The company was founded by Robert F. Hutchison, who was actively involved in the business until his passing in 1996. Thomas F. Hutchison has served as the president of H-O-H since 1989 and is the majority stockholder.
