In addition, we offer vendor managed inventory services including a Consignment Inventory Program that enables the conversion of excess or obsolete inventory into a new revenue stream, freeing up warehouse space. Our Materials Management Programs have a proven track record of successfully managing contracts for major aerospace and defense industry clients. We also offer Kitting services where we group and package related items for repair or manufacturing purposes, saving time and money for our clients. Long Term Agreements (LTA) are available for extended periods, ranging from three to five years, to supply materials for specific programs. Our Stock and Release Programs, also known as "Just In Time", reduce inventory costs by delivering goods as needed in the production process, increasing efficiency and minimizing waste.
