Our capabilities and services encompass CNC multi-axis machining, ID/OD grinding, flat lapping and grinding, as well as testing and inspection services such as CMM inspection and surface temper etch services. Hygrade has been ISO certified since September 1997 and AS9100:2001 certified since November 2007. The company first received NADCAP approval in January 2004 for Aerospace quality system (AC7004) and Chemical Processing (AC 7108). NADCAP, which stands for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program, is mandatory for suppliers to major companies like GE, Rolls Royce, Boeing, Bombardier, Pratt and Whitney, and Sikorsky aircraft.
