About Seller: Industrial Propane Service, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Charles and Helen Vandemark. Initially focusing on propane and anhydrous ammonia service and construction, the company expanded as the propane industry grew. Over the years, IPS has broadened its services to include service work, new bobtail construction, and installation of various propane storage facilities. In 1980, IPS became a full line distributor for RegO products, in addition to already distributing LC meters, Blackmer pumps, and other products. Under the leadership of Robert Vandemark, IPS was split into two separate entities in 1996: IPS Equipment, Inc. (IPSE) and Industrial Propane Service, Inc. (IPS). IPSE handles wholesale activities and is a comprehensive distributor of propane equipment and heating products, while IPS specializes in plant construction, bobtail sales and service, transport service, and pumping stations. The third generation of the Vandemark family now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, with Jeff Vandemark managing construction and Rob Vandemark overseeing bobtail sales and truck service. Together with their team, they are committed to delivering top-notch service and exceptional customer support, staying up-to-date with the latest equipment and industry codes to ensure customer satisfaction.
