About Seller: Jason Mills, LLC is a manufacturer of knit textiles based in New Jersey. Our product line includes a wide range of industrial fabrics, specialty textiles, apparel, and home furnishings, with over one hundred established skus and an extensive collection of stock styles. Recently, we have added technical materials such as spacer, fire resistant, and highly UV resistant textiles to our line. We are also able to research and develop fabrics to meet specific customer needs.
Our fabrics are used in various industries including outdoor retail, healthcare, recreational, Mil spec/tactical, aeronautical, automotive, marine, occupational safety, filtration, substrates, and general industrial applications. At Jason Mills, we provide fabrics to optimize the performance of final products. In addition to our manufactured mesh line, we also distribute custom cut sports netting for baseball, golf, and lacrosse, among others.
The majority of our fabrics are warp knitted, with circular knit materials also available. Within warp knitting, we offer two styles: tricot and raschel. Our raschel operation uses industrial yarns ranging from 70 to 1000 deniers, while the tricot line, geared towards apparel, typically uses yarns less than 70 denier with a finer stitch. We primarily use nylon and polyester synthetic yarns, but can incorporate recycled fibers if necessary.
