Quality control is an integral part of our production process, with meticulous attention paid to adhering to print specifications for both raw materials and part geometry. We actively encourage our customers to engage us in product design discussions, as our team of engineers can offer valuable Value Added/Value Engineering suggestions that often result in significant cost savings with the approval of the customer's design experts.
At KKSP, we maintain comprehensive and verifiable lot traceability for all products, including detailed records of raw material origins and manufacturing history to ensure adherence to specifications. Our screw machining process strictly follows ISO/TS16949 protocols, which are meticulously designed, documented, and verified to guarantee consistent product quality. Our internal procedures require machinists to verify their own work in real time, supported by state-of-the-art touch-free gauging and attribute verification equipment used by both operators and our independent Quality Control Department at each facility.
To further enhance our quality system, we use the production print as a dynamic, electronically stored document that is regularly updated by our Engineering Department to reflect any changes to the part, special instructions, customer modifications, and routings. This system ensures that all relevant information is readily accessible and up-to-date, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes through statistical analysis of SPC documentation.
